
Cristóbal Reveco
Cristobal Reveco has a background in social environmental sciences and transdisciplinary experience. His research focuses on the interphase of science, policy and practice for climate change adaptation. His current themes revolve around the usability of climate information for urban decision-making. Previously, Cristobal founded and directed the NGO Adapt-Chile, which provided adaptation advice to local governments in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica and Burkina Faso. He defines himself as a practitioner turned-scientist and brings more than 12 years of experience in the field of local planning, risk management and ecosystem-based adaptation. Cristobal’s contribution will mainly focus on the realm of re-think.
