Nadine Andrews

Nadine Andrews works part-time in the Scottish Government as a social researcher and systems thinking practitioner in strategic organisational change, with a particular fondness for participatory diagramming and leverage points theory. She is also a UK qualified mountain leader, a mindfulness, Qi Gong and nature connection teacher, and facilitator of eco/climate psychology workshops. Her PhD explored the psychosocial factors affecting enactment of pro-environmental behaviour, and prior to joining the Scottish Government she worked in the IPCC Working Group II science team.
